This AstiGo Mobile Application Terms and Conditions (the “Astigo Mobile Application Terms and Conditions” or “Agreement”) sets forth the specific terms and conditions which shall govern my use and operation of the Astigo Mobile Application Services, as below defined, of Asticom Group of Companies (the “company”), its website, applications and offerings. By availing of or using the AstiGo Mobile Application Services, I (also referred in this Agreement as the “authorized user” or “employee”) agree to be bound by and accept these AstiGo Mobile Application Terms and Conditions.
1.1 Unless the context otherwise requires, I agree that the following terms when used in this Agreement shall have the meaning
indicated below:
“Account/s” means the mobile application account/s of the authorized user that were registered by such user with the Asticom Group of Companies (AGC) and its subsidiaries which are made accessible by the company to the authorized user through the AstiGo Mobile Application Services.
“AstiGo Mobile app” means the software application of AGC and its subsidiaries that is designed to run.
“Non-personal data” means any set of data that does not contain personally identifiable information. It includes data which used to be personal data, but which has been ‘anonymised’ , to remove information in a way that the person to whom the data relates cannot be identified. Such data includes browser information, information collected through Cookies, demographic information, crash reports, system activity.
