Asticom Technology Inc., a Globe Group subsidiary, has been certified as a Great Place to Work® in the Philippines.
Last July 2022, Asticom started their bid for the certification by rolling out assessment surveys to their employees. After months of assessment, Asticom was officially awarded the Great Place to Work® certification, an achievement which measured the company’s people-focused initiatives and programs among others.
The Great Place to Work® Certification evaluates companies with their research-based Trust Index surveys. This assessment aims to see how employees feel about their company in terms of fairness, inclusivity, and safety in the workplace. Companies who achieved at least a 65% in said survey receive the certification.

Recently, Asticom was also recognized by the international market research firm Statista in their 2023 Philippines’ Best Employers survey. From over 2000 qualified companies across all industries, only the top 300 are given the spot on the list.
The group was also awarded in the 2022 TITAN Business Awards and the 2022 Asia Pacific Stevie® Awards. Asticom was recognized for their innovative strategies for growth and technology use that puts people at the center of such initiatives.
