Asticom Technology Inc., in partnership with a premier global enterprise technology provider, gathered senior leaders from the Philippine BPO and shared services industry for an executive learning and networking session focused on productivity, AI, and employee experience, held on February 5, 2026, at Manila House, Bonifacio Global City.

The invitation-only session brought together 31 executives from 18 organizations across the BPO, insurance, banking, and shared services sectors, including representatives from Accenture, Acquire Intelligence, Alorica, BDO Unibank, Concentrix, Sun Life, Synchrony, and other regional operators.

The program explored how a leading enterprise device ecosystem, paired with AI capabilities and modern device management solutions, helps BPO organizations drive productivity, streamline workflows, and strengthen employee experience at scale. 

Discussions centered on three themes: improving onboarding and time-to-productivity through streamlined device provisioning, using standardized device management to reduce downtime and support daily workflows, and preparing device strategies for hybrid work and emerging AI-enabled tools.

The session combined an executive learning segment with an interactive fireside discussion, giving attendees the opportunity to exchange perspectives on real-world device management and workforce technology challenges within high-scale, high-compliance BPO environments.
